guys I need help I purchases a digital item ( motion graphics ) and the did Not deliver on time and they demanded more money to give me the item or I will not receive the item or the refund and I canceled because on the contract I have the right if they did not deliver on time so they came here and told paypal that I received the item and want the rest of their money!! it is my first time here on paypal so I don't know what to do , also I have all the proof in whatsapp and Twitter conversations that I did NOT receive anything!!
