why was my balance removed and restricted? My last transaction was from my GF for rent. Ive tried calling customer service and they said i violated the agreement.
If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days.... the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.
