the other day a lady bought something off me, and paid through paypal. she then wasn’t satisfied with her purchase, my account clearly said no refunds. i told her i cannot help her now that she’s paid of it, baring in mind she didn’t ask for a refund she just said she wasn’t satisfied. i then go onto my paypal today and see a -£30, i was so confused? i went onto my emails and said i was reported for receiving a unauthorised payment, which is NOT the case. she ignored my message after i said i really cannot do anything to help her. i now have -£30 and don’t know what to do? i cannot pay back to make it 0.
