I paid for some parts from a company and i paid for it clearly by paypal, the problem is that not all the parts were shipped, so when i could not solve the problem with the company i opened a dispute claim, now paypal wants me to return all the items that i paid for so that i can get a refund. this is a problem because paypal do not understand that i did not receive all the parts so how can i send back all the parts that i paid for since i did not receive all of them and i opened dispute because of this.

You return what you did receive.

Paypal does not get involved in part refunds or part deliveries.

If you win a dispute for item received but not as described ie not all of the items then the ONLY option they give you is to return what you received for a full refund.

Thats why paypal normally TELL you to send it back trackable to prove delivery back to the seller.

You have to follow paypal instructions.
