help... seller wants refund but still has item. What do I get for seller protection?
DATE: AUGUST 7 AMOUNT: $240, CUSTOMER IS DEMANDING FULL REFUND BECAUSE THE NEW BIKE I SHIPPED ARRIVED WITH PAINT SCRATCHES AND WARPED WHEELS. I contacted HUFFY the manufacture directly and they will be sending them replacement parts free of charge. I offered a $40 partial refund for the scratches. If the buyer insists on a full refund, what kind of protection do I get? Buyer has the bike in hand.
