I brought a modal with flashing lights and received paper. Pay Pal advised to send the item back to china which I did and supplied tracking to Pay Pal from Australia Post. Australian Post tried to deliver the item more than 21 times in china. Pay pay has rejected the claim saying i did not provide tracking details they requested. When I proved the tracking detailing including as well as the Address Australia Post sent the item too in china. Is their any way of getting Pay Pal to open the case.
