help on paypal verify address

Hi how do i confirm my address when i dont have a bank statement or any of the options

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

This happened to me also. If you call pay pal they will ask you questions for example multiple choices on addresses or cars that relate to you going back up to 30 years.. They will ask approx. 3. If you answer correctly they will mark it as verified in your pay pal account.

I submitted a document on confirm address and it was likley going to be not approved since i used my parents water bill.but now i got a card and it comes with the address the problem is that its been 5 days and they havent rejected/approved my thing so i can send my address proof instead of the address using my parents water bill
