We've purchased NEW - Epson TM-T20II Thermal Receipt Printer - Brand New -ORDER NUMBER 20-05316-98136. But as you know we have not recieved it and did not get our money back. As we found out there were emails from paypal service that needed to be claimed from our side in order to get money, but during the previous month we had technichal issues and were not recieving all the emails or most of them were going to Junk folder. Because of this reason we have found out about the mails just yesterday and as we get it you recieved the money back.
