I made my account when I was 15 I did not know at the time that you had to be over 18 to make an account. I am currently trying to close it but it won't let me. nothing is attached to it, I just don't want my info on PayPal. customer service and every other form of communication with PayPal has failed, and they have been of no help whatsoever.
