There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
thank you. and how can i unblock my account? i recived an email that my account is blocked untill i make th prove of my buissnes. but i don`t own a buissnes.. what can i do in this situation? i`ve sended a photo with my id card so i can valid my identity. thank you
