What do i do if it is just over 180 days and i still Have not received my package. The company kept telling me it was sent, then sitting at border, then in my country, etc, etc. Anyway to Get a refund now?

Why didn't you open a dispute for non receipt of item before the 180 days were up?
Advice is voluntary.

Because they kept sending me info telling me it was here, and here and here, etc. I was supposed to be patient. It sounded like it was coming very soon then when i went to check again there is nothing. Then figured out i just passed 180 days of course😢
