hacked transaction

hi guys i noticed a payment came out of my paypal at the weekend that i hadnt made. i reported it straight away and got the reply of this from paypal

After carefully reviewing your case, we found that this was an authorised transaction so it isn't eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.

what am i ment to do now? does this mean i wont get a refund? ive tried contacting the people this hacker has bought from but they havent replied. i live in the uk and the address was changed to a US address. so clearly wasnt me . i reported it and changed my pw.. but this was $151 usd. so its a lot of money to lose...

any advice?
