I got a text message early in the morning saying that the payment was made on PayPal. But I had never paid.

I had never signed up for PayPal, and when I entered the site, there was a history of signing up for my account in another country.

Also, there was nothing in the payment history.

After s few hours the account was withdrawn.

I want to receive a cancellation for this payment.

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. If you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. If you do not see the transaction in your PayPal history, we recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction.
