my account has been hacked and is now limited how do I go about proving that it wasent me on my account and that my password problem has now been fixed so I can access my account fully again

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
