hello from Greece!
i buy a phone case from ebay via my visa card. my order never comes to me. the seller never answer to me. i open a case but the seller never responce so the case now is closed but i didn't get my money back. the ebay told me to open a dispute at paypal ( even if i never use paypal for my transaction) , when itry to open a dispute at paypal because the fact i must choose the payment that shows that i have pay - as logical- not seems nothing to choose. now ebay told me again to call ( not email) paypal because they can find my payment. but they can't find it!
all these are taking place for about 1 month now....
what i have to do so i can take my money back?????
