have i got a case if a seller advertised a item i.e tyre machine for parts or not working but in the description says only due to one thing being missing a claw on the turntable and worked perfectly without any trouble before that but then received item only to find that it wasn't just that item missing but one of the main parts i.e the motor which is one of the main parts in the machine contacted seller and all hes saying is it was advertised for parts not working but i would say that was not the way it was advertised especially when he said it was only due to one claw being missing and worked perfectly before that hope someone can shed some light on this for me thanks
