funds held for longer then 180 days

Id like to withdrawal my funds check by mail, but when I click it, it says, I am not able to use PayPal. My account has been locked for over a year now. The same message pops up that it will be 180 days before releasing them but it is well over that, any suggestions on how to get the funds back.

They should send you a cheque in the mail if the funds are still in your balance.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
