funds held for 180 days

Hi! My account was limited a couple of months ago and I had funds in there. I received an email from Paypal that the funds will be released after 180 days. Its been 180 days now but I have not received any email for me to withdraw my funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks. Same thing happened to me. It was over 180days since I got the message of my money being held, and nothing is happening. I messaged them just now and I am waiting for their reply.
