Mistakenly thought PayPal monitored activities to limit or at least address thief. Purchased products from what has later been identified as a fraud site. Immediately reported it to PayPal and sadly they asked for proof that that I could only get from the seller. Needless to say the seller is not responding. I'm contacting my bank later today to dispute the transfer in the hope this will get PayPal to get off their duffs and discipline sellers.
