i have been waiting for this item 241093566D762970U for 3 month and still have not received it it has been on dispute for a while now and you guys closed the case without resolving the matter . i want my money back now. this is a fraud from a Chinese company.
I have the same issue with a German seller for 2 items which I paid €2,650.00 for. PayPal are saying that I closed the case which I didn’t. I received an email from PayPal on 7th July saying that I closed the case and would not be able to reopen it . The statement is fraudulent as I didn’t instruct PayPal to close the issue at any stage. It is designed to obfuscate the issue but it is in fact a fraudulent statement denying any responsibility.
