i purchased a tumble drier in february but it was faulty i contacted the seller and he arranged for a replacement which i could not collect at the time because i had damaged my foot and could not drive. When i took it back he replaced it with a lot of i cant do this and i cant do that in the end he replaced it. I took it to my grandaughters and left it with her 2 days later she said it was smoking on which i sent the seller a message but got no reply i have sent him 5 messages in all but still no reply what can i do.
