i purchased a piece of medical equipment in January 2020, Basco Mini Cryo, and due to Covid restrictions i haven't been able to try it out until last week. i filled it with liquid nitrogen and it leaked dangerously out of the seal and there was no protective sleeve to protect the hands when using it ,even if it wasnt leaking. The cryo machine is therefore not fit for purpose. Anyone know how to resolve the 180 day issue or how to contact Paypal directly to sort this unusual problem.
