I ordered from an eBay vendor, paid with paypal, but then got an email from the vendor saying that paypal had paid into an account which wasn't their account (the paypal transaction report appears to confirm this).
At the original vendor's request I opened an unauthorised transaction dispute with paypal. Paypal reported that wasn't unauthorised and closed the case.
Payment has been made so I am down by the purchase price.
Original supplier won't supply as haven't been paid.
I can't reopen a paypal dispute.
I can't open an Ebay resolution centre case as the order is flagged as being filed with paypal.
Something very fishy here and stuck between the 2 systems with nowhere to go. I need contact info to detail the issue. Thanks for any advice.
