I am trying to get back money from an airport car park facility which is not responding to emails or confirming booking. I have registered it as a claim but now want to escalate the claim. paypal says got to resolution centre to do this but seems no button to press.

No. But this is for an airport parking service needed tomorrow and for which I paid a £2 cancellation fee. But they don't respond to emails and I was never sent booking confirmation.

You can't escalate until 7 days post payment unfortunately.
