how do you escalate a claim? I bought some shoes on ebay, paid through pay pal. The next day the seller sends a tracking #. When I checked the tracking # it said the package had already been delivered.. the day before I ordered my item. So I contacted usps who checked & said it's fraudulent. I opened a claim right away & tried to contact the sender. It's been 3 days with no response from the seller. I tried to escalate my claim but have no idea how to do that... any help appreciated?
