How do i escalate a dispute to a claim. I tried google to get the answer but when i look on my claim , it says case closed. I've tried everything and cannot find an appeal or how to escalate it to have Paypal review it.
Contact customer service, chat seems to be the only way. Click on "contact us", message center. Get past the chat bot, then explain to live agent, if first one can't help, ask for another. Persistence is key when dealing with Paypal.
