error meesage when i tried to respond in Resolution center

Hello
I had opened a claim, and the seller waiting me to accept the  partial refund,
i went to Resolution center to respond and accept the offer, but unfortunately I had received error meesage when i tried to respond ( Let's try that again
Looks like something went wrong on our end)
what should i do in this case?

I'm getting the same message when I try to respond in the resolution center. It alternates between that message and a "notification: Service Unavailable" message.

I am also getting the same error, did any body manage to solve this ?

Is this a bug from Paypal. Why some cases we can response and some cases we cant?
