email add verification in account limitation

My account is limited. I give the all information to restore my account. but I have already verified my email add. but it's shown to confirm it. how to confirm email add which already confirms. I attached a screenshot for your reference.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
