has anyone else had problems with the above company as I took a risk and purchased from them 3 weeks ago and they provided a tracking number, I have not received the item from them, and the tracking number cannot be found.

PS I am pretty sure I have been scammed although I have only lost £60 and it was a chance I was willing take, I do not want anyone else to take the same chance.
You have been scammed just like i have same product they will offer you 30% refund in the end i told i have now excepted 50% refund just to be done with it said i would have refund within 3 days tomorrow is last day if not in account & will report for fraud.
I'm tracing all their activity online. Keep feeding me new sites that you come accross. Got a nice portfolio to send to Paypal and Tik Tok. It's lockdown, i have time.
Hi Jimmy i think that there is so many being scammed. Pay Pal don't do enough & can't keep up i have learnt by being caught out two times now & i will never ever buy from any site that is advertising on Face Book as these seem by all reports are the ones that catch people out & then very hard to get your money back or it cost you for postage then they still in front. Pay Pal should be on to these Via complaints & block send money to them i think.
As of August 10, 2020, the new web site (i.e. https://www.ectye.site/) associated with the Seller's Gmail email. The web site keeps changing and the only way to track this fraudster is by Google search with its Gmail address. It may change every few days.
I bought a raft for $23+ $10 shipping and instead received a $2 flask. They refuse to issue a full refund and instead offered a 30% refund. I was reluctant to purchase from this company but felt I would be protected by PayPal. How disappointing 😒
