ebay shipping on hold

Hi everyone!

Last week I bought 3 items from ebay, from 3 different sellers, I paid for the 3 items together using paypal, 

2 Sellers have already sent the items, and 1 item has arrived.

But the third item has not been shipped yet, I asked the seller, and he only replied me with the following message:

"PayPal send me a note to hold shipping thx"

It appears to be that the transaction was completed looking at the details in paypal, but the payment is under review.

What should I do? 

Do you know how much time does it take to review the payment?

If its marked as completed in your Paypal account then you have paid. The fact its pending on the SELLERS end is between him and paypal as he is a new seller.
He is supposed to send your item promptly (trackable to prove delivery) and then his funds are released when tracking shows the item as DELIVERED + 3 days.
