i had money taken out of my pay pal saving account and it says it was from ebay but ebay has no knowledge of it. i havent bought anything from ebay to have any money given to them. yet i get the run around from ebay and pay pal to call the other one and yet no one knows what happened to the money and i cant get it back into my account. i stopped the payment from my bank to pay pal and now it shows minus in my pay pal!!
I am sorry to learn that your PayPal account has a negative balance. You will have to get in touch with PayPal Customer Service for help in this case. They might need to look deeper into your account to help you better.
