Someone paid for merchandise/services with PayPal eChecks using my checking and savings accounts as a money source. My bank accounts are not listed with PayPal. They somehow managed to get access. I did close the accounts but I want to know the names of the merchants who were paid with those eChecks so I can follow the transactions back to the originator. PayPal people seem to throw up a wall and ignore the issue when I call. Anybody else here have experience with this type of problem?
