Hello. I hope someone can help me. I bought an ice-cream mould from eBay in May 2020. I didn't receive the item as described. Instead of x6 moulds as in the description, I only received X1 mould. I contacted eBay, they said I have a legitimate reason for dispute but as it's over 30 days of purchase, I have to take it up with PayPal. They've given me transaction ID, item description no. etc. Please could you advise me on where I go from here. Thank you.
