Paid for iPhone 11 pro 2nd hand.Paypal was made successfuly but no visible transaction history in my PayPal account.Transacted 16 April,delivery was due May 3rd.Seller vanished from eBay so as the other 6 I paid and no goods arrived.Is eBay a big loophole for scammers & is recovery possible?I just received eBay message of alert on my payment ID.No shopping information was provided & seller is nowhere on eBay.
