eBay order not received, shipped to a different address.
Seller did not reply to my msgs. eBay would not refund, nor did PayPal and closed my dispute case. I have email proof from UPS that showed item with that tracking # was delivered to another person and address. That address is in my city, so I directly contacted that person. They said they did not get my order but something else from another seller. I think seller took my $$ and gave false tracking # and did not ship my item. eBay and PayPal said seller provided proof that shipment w/that tracking # was delivered, but it wasn't, not delivered to me. I have never changed my mailing address. I am out my payment. Seller should refund my $$ and put in claim with UPS for lost shipment, if seller really did ship item. Anyone else have this happen to them?
