Hi all, I sold a set of wheels on eBay for £250 to a alloy wheel refurb company... who then disputed the claim stating they was not as described (they was I’m more than happy to send all the conversations to anyone who wants to see).... anyways after abit of back and forth eventually escalated to eBay who instantly sided with the buyer have refunded them £250 out of my PayPal account even while I disputed the buyers claim.... now the buyer will not reply to any messages and I have rung eBay have turned round and said we have sent a message to the buyer to get back in touch but if they don’t then well your £250 and a set of wheels short and there’s nothing they can do..... is there anything I can do or do I need to go down a legal route?
