So I bought a video game account on eBay with an eBay gift card, the description of the account said that I would be the only owner but later multiple people started logging on and last night the email password was changed so I have no access, the seller is saying that I changed the password and he thinks that I am scamming, and eBay doesn't work with digital goods so I was told to contact PayPal. PayPal won't let me file a dispute because it says not all necessary information is selected even though I selected everything. How can I get my money back?
