dublicate payment

On a case I was charged twice, I tried to contact the seller but there is no response, I open a case for unauthorized use but still it was turned down.

I cant contact with a Live Agent.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you were charged x2 then you should have opened a dispute for non receipt of item on x1 of the transactions as the seller would only be able to provide x1 tracking number.

 

By opening a dispute for unauthorised what you were doing was telling the seller that your account had been hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction, when paypal check IP addys and devices and see it was you then  the dispute would be closed.

You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction.

 

You could contact customer services and explain you made a mistake and see if they will open one for you (I would wait till you receive the item first) but as you have not said what country you are in then all i can advise is click on help bottom of paypal pages and use the options for your country.
