I wonder, why PAYPAL have sent TWO payment, in the same amount when I approved ONLY ONCE. Can you please forward that to the resolution center folks and as wel to the MANAGAMENT. How am I supposed to continuing using PAYPALL when the PayPal was used to protect me from exacly what just happened? !!!!
