Hi, I recently bought a t.v for around $65 dollars and I haven't heard anything from the seller after I contacted them repeatedly (keep in mind this is after the date that is was supposed to arrive). Also, I tried filing a dispute online and I have an email confirmation from paypal but my transaction is not showing up under my account. Can anyone offer advice?

Did you buy as a guest buyer via paypal using a card rather than logging into your paypal account?
If so then........
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
