Can you file a dispute if you purchased as a quest? I didn't have my login at the time. I ordered a kayak and received a cheap plastic necklace. Now I'd love to get my money back but I don't see that happening but I would like to be able to report this merchant some how.. but the online doesn't not seem to have a way that I can do it as I again checked out on my purchase as "guest".
