I would like to know how you can open a dispute with the same seller after one dispute has been closed.

I opened  a dispute as I did not receive my item. It eventually arrived but it was completely different from what I ordered but PayPal had already closed my dispute

Contact customer service to change the closed dispute reason to "SNAD" claim and have it reopened:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
