I currently have filed a dispute with paypal regarding a vendor from china who sent me a dollar store item instead of what I purchased that I paid $60. They keep emailing me to consider a partial credit only using some really stupid excuses. Is there any forum where these fraudulent businesses can be reported and alert others that these markets are advertising on the internet and on Facebook?

Do a web search for ”scam site checker” for more.
You can also research a site/merchant before buying by doing a simple web search for signs of scam site report that may show up. If you find no info, it’s still best to move on to a more reputable merchant.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
