i recently ordered an item and paid by paypal. seller sent me some pads which were useless without the item i ordered. when i contacted seller, i received email saying the item was out of stock, sorry. seller offered a small refund, nowhere near amount paid. took dispute to paypal, then made a claim. eventually paypal refused my claim saying the item had been delivered. this is not true, only delivery i had was the useless pads. sorry paypal you've let me down, your promises are worthless.
