paypal did not have all the relevant information to make resolution and i need to ask them to review the information. i was charged back in april when i inadvertently ordered the app. i contacted them immediately and told them it was a mistake and they said they would not refund me .. i told them via email to please cancel immediately and obviously they did not do this either and now i am being charged 46.00 us.I dont think this should be honored given the preceding circumstances. I need help as there is no option to try and add anything after a dispute has been resolved by paypal it seems to be case closed with no option for further contact. This feels like a scam. The transaction was unauthoried
