Hi all is there anyone who knows if you can appeal a paypal decision on a case, short version i bought something then cancelled it within ten minutes only for them to send it out, i spent days trying to tell them i did not want it, they sent it anyway, only half of it was missing, i told paypal all of this and they still ruled against me, any help would be welcome
