I bought signed photographes from a seller - value to £157

eventually Paypal agreed and told me to send items back to seller -

unfortunately Ive been on holiday for 2 weeks and did not see messages-

now I have a message that the dispute is over and closed-

surely this is wrong - I only had the message 10 days ago-

these are fake goods- his feedback from customers says the same

i cant get in contact with paypal to speak to somebody

what can I do?
