I purchased an item on ebay which i did not receive. ebay tell me to contact paypal to sort this out. they reassure me i will get my money back as i am covered by buyer protection. the seller has removed his ebay account so cannot be contacted. i cannot open a dispute on paypal because the transaction was from my bank to the seller. ebay still tell me i am covered but to contact paypal and i cannot get through to paypal per above.
