I issued a dispute and it looks like i accidentally made it as an “unauthorized transaction” but i meant to put that i didnt receive my item. it was denied and now it won’t let me report it again. I feel very frustrated and just want my money back i’m not sure what to do anymore. the seller claims i was refunded my money but i did not receive a refund.
