I ordered parts from rock auto and when i got them i immediately realized they were wrong for my truck. Nothing was installed because it was obvious that they were wrong. I boxed them , returned them and ordered the correct ones. Rock auto emailed me that the part was used and would't refund my money. And the part would be destroyed in 10 days if i didn't send more money for postage. I did this and never received the part .I started a dispute thru paypal and after many weeks ...it was refused because i hadn't provided proof of the parts return...any other problems with a paypal claim and the fact that a huge business like rock auto can do and say whatever they want...???
